Superintendent's Message

The winter has caused us to get off to a staggering start of our second semester.  Hopefully, Mother Nature will cooperate and allow us to fall into a more normal routine from here on out.  As the calendar turns to February, we turn our focus to the upcoming Ohio Spring Tests.  Students in grades 3-11 will be given assessments in a variety of contents areas specific to their grade level.  Our staff has worked hard over the past 2 years, analyzing student performance data and applying that data to guide our instruction.  Our testing will begin April 14th and will wrap up on May 1st.  Please try avoid appointments on testing days, and encourage your child to do their best work.  We are excited to see the hard work of our staff and students pay off. 

As always, we value the relationships with the families of our district, and look forward to continue to work together to make your child’s experience in our school as enjoyable and valuable as possible.
