Superintendent's Message
The weather has finally turned warmer after a pretty rough winter and early spring, and we are quickly approaching the end of another school year. It has been a great year to be a Locomotive! As is normal, the school year presented challenges, opportunities, successes, and moments of tremendous community excitement and pride.
We value our relationships with the stakeholders in our district, and appreciate each of you. Here at Montpelier School, we take very seriously the responsibility of providing a safe, positive, and quality educational experience to our students. Of course, this could not be possible without parent and community support, and we thank you for being a part of this process.
I would like to take this opportunity to wish the Montpelier High School graduating class of 2026 the best of luck. We are proud of you and your accomplishments and can’t wait to watch you pursue excellence in your next chapter, wherever that journey may take you. Remember that wherever you go and whatever you do, you’ll always be a Locomotive!
Now let’s finish the 2025-2026 school year strong and have a safe and enjoyable summer with family and friends.
Mr. Lichty
