This is a reminder that both parent and student forms are to be signed online using FinalForms. Parents must sign forms before forms are made available to students.
Forms are required to be signed by ALL parents K-12 and Students 3-12.  If your child is a 3rd or 4th grade student, we will allow additional student support for forms to be signed.  I will be asking 3rd and 4th grade teachers to assist students with this process.

If you have already signed forms for the 2025-26 school year, you may ignore this reminder.
