Welcome to the Montpelier Athletic Department website. Montpelier is an original member of the Northwest Ohio Athletic League (NWOAL). The Athletic Department is committed to all athletes and all TEAMS. Our main goal is to continue to build well rounded athletic programs and prepare our athletes for the future. We look forward to a new year of athletics in Montpelier as it will bring many new changes and faces to our programs. Varsity Wrestling
Congrats to Luke Boehm and DJ Ferguson on qualifing for the Divison III State Wrestling Tournament. Luke was the District Champion at 145lbs and DJ placed fourth at 119lbs. Derek Jimenez (152lbs) and Matt Wells (215lbs) placed fifth and will serve as alternates for the State competition.
Wrestling will begin Thursday @ 3:00pm at the Jerome Schottenstein Center on the Ohio State Campus.

Cheerleading
Coach Selhorst will be holding clinics for the 2010-2011 Football and Basketball seasons. Clinics will be March 1, 2 and 4 from 5:30-7:00pm @ Superior Gym. The try-out date will be Saturday March 6th @ 10:00am in the Superior gym. Clinics and try-outs are mandatory if you plan on cheering next season.
